signature at the delivery point. Ground deliveries JUNE not require a

on the Lawnmower Man Inc. web sites! Please make sure the
parts
you order are the parts you need.
Parts
are non returnable accept for defected parts that will be
exchanged
for the same part
ordered. The same for Books,
VHS,
DVD'S
Manuals,
Tools,
and any Video's etc.
You must call 1-866-968-3494 for return approval on defected items. All
defected items must be sent with a tracking number so that the shipping
cost can be refunded. We will cover shipping for defected items. As soon
as we receive your defected item we will ship your new item back out to
you immediately. You will find the same return policy on our shopping
cart.
Damages
All orders which arrive in broken or damaged boxes should be noted with
the delivery driver if possible. Contact a customer service
representative at 1866-968-3494 for information about receiving a
replacement if your order is damaged.
For the [1-one]
year warranty you must have the original receipt with date
of purchase. To receive your free replacement part, you have to pay shipping to
return defected part back to Lawnmower Man and in return Lawnmower Man will pay
shipping of the replaced part to be sent back to you.
